CONFERENCE

Jim Styles
Simi Hills Ecclesia (USA)

Jim has been married to Sue Styles for 43 years and they have 6 children and 6 grandchildren.  Jim and Sue have always been very involved in their ecclesial life and loved the time they spent working with their local CYCs and young peoples’ activities for over 30 years.  Jim taught math and biology in Michigan public schools for 36 years, and then retired to California in 2010.  He now volunteers as a math and science teacher at the Christadelphian Heritage School in Simi Valley.  The Bible and Science has always been a hobby for Jim and teaching biology for 20 years fuelled his interest even more!  He’s excited to have the opportunity to share his Bible studies and practical life lessons with brothers and sisters and young people in Melbourne, God willing.

Andrew Bramhill
Redditch Ecclesia (UK)

Andrew and his wife Sue live on the outskirts of Birmingham UK, but are both Yorkshire folk. Presently they belong to the ecclesia in Stratford-upon-Avon. Married in 1986 they have three sons who all belong to different ecclesias in the UK. At the time of writing (April 2020) they have one, almost two, grandchildren.

Since 2011 Andrew has been privileged to work at the Christadelphian Office where his work has brought him into contact with many brothers, sisters, ecclesias and organisations around the world. This has emphasised to him the great blessing of our fellowship. Exposure to these varied parts of the community has been educational, aiding an assessment of ecclesial life against scripture principles and teachings. This will be explored in the studies on ecclesial life based on Acts.

Before becoming Editor of The Christadelphian Andrew worked in finance for several banks in the City of London.
